In 2012, we renamed our company 'VaporizerDirect' since we felt that the name was more fitting for our mission as a company which is to provide our customers with wholesale prices with the same type of support and customer support that you would receive at any credible retailer. At VaporizerDirect, each employee is taught to place customer service as their highest priority. Since we are a web-based company, we operate on a relatively low overhead.
